We don’t promise to have everything in stock year round. This ensures that nothing goes to waste, everything is made fresh and we only prepare the best of the best.

Even as we specialize in gourmet salads, curated meats and artisan breads, our menu is in constant renewal, from the farm to the fork. We source the best, prepare the best so we can deliver the best.
